[Amy gasps and hissed a bit in pain.]

You’re fine! I just never realized they were in that much pain.

You always push yourself to the limit.

[After that bit of very gentle scolding, Krile puts on a little more pressure, rolling each toe between her thumb and forefinger.]

And unless I’ve missed my mark, that’s all building up… here!

[She tugs gently at the toe she’d been working on, the joint producing a little popping sound as it lets off the pressure.]

Have to keep up with everyone… and I did promise to stop such things, didn’t I?

[And once Krile pops that toe, she can’t help but let out a sigh of relief.]

Oh, my gosh, that feels so good!

You did.

[Krile brushes her fingers against the pads of Amy’s toes.]

[heart_of_the_boom]

Sorry, I’ll work on EEEP!

[And she laughs at that brushing.]

Do you promise?

[Tickle tickle! Krile’s small fingers can even get in between those ticklish toes. She is merciless.]

Y-yes! I-I’m sorry!

[And Amy starts laughing more as Krile digs deeper.]

Well… I suppose I’ll have to believe you.

[Krile stops with the tickling, leaning in to kiss each toe in turn and giving Amy’s foot a little nuzzle with her nose while she moves her fingers to rub at her sole.]

Mmm…

[Amy calms down as Krile stops the tickling and starts nuzzling her foot, kissing her toes.]

I worry you, don’t I?

Hm?

[Krile looks up for a moment, blinking.]

Well, yes… but I’ve always been a worrier. It’s a bit of an occupational hazard when you’re friends with the Warrior of Light.

Yes, but at the same time, I should stop throwing myself at stupid acts all the time.

That’s what heroes do, my dear.

[She leans down to press another tender kiss to Amy’s big toe before playfully tweaking it back and forth.]

And I’m here to help pick you back up.

[Amy blushed at that, smiling at Krile.]

…no wonder I fell in love with you.

And not for my excellent foot massages?

[Krile giggles as a stubborn knot in the middle of Amy’s sole comes loose at last.]

Oooh! Oh, that feels good...!

But, your foot massages are just as good. You're amazing either way.

[And she starts working at the other one.]

And as long as I keep submitting reports to the Studium about your unique physiology, they’ll pay me to do it!

[Krile clears her throat, quoting her paper while she works Amy’s toes.]

Unlike most Eorzean humanoids, who depend on external enchantments or mounts for sustained high-speed travel, the subject achieves similar results entirely through anatomical adaptation.”

Also, your feet are exceptionally capable of attuning to wind-aspected aether, explaining your midair maneuverability.

[Krile playfully blows on Amy’s toes as she finishes up the massage.]

[Amy giggled at her feet being blown, lowering her feet down not that they were done.]

I had no idea that I was capable of such things. That’s so cool!

[Krile steps out of her own boots, hopping up onto the bed next to Amy.]

[There’s a giggle as Amy turned to embrace Krile.]

Oh, I missed this the most. Maybe once I’m rested up, we can test out some of those theories…
